My husband inherited a grandmother clock and wanted to get it running again. I found Master Clock Repair/Mike Gainey through a Google search. He was super quick to respond to an email inquiry and he imparted so much knowledge in the first call I was impressed. He asked to have photos taken and sent to him so that he could give a more detailed recommendation since we did not know much about the clock. We made an appointment and Mike came out and serviced the clock, all while explaining in detail what he was doing and why, and how we can maintain the clock. He was very honest in in his recommendations and was understanding of the sentimental value of the clock itself. I would highly recommend MIke and Master Clock Repair.
